Chief Executive Officer, Founder— Constance Fitzpatrick, Ph.D., R.N.
Dr. Fitzpatrick is a health psychologist,
a registered nurse, and the founder of Inner Reach® Corporation.
She is the innovator of the collection of protocols and the Health Information Gathering
System— HiGS . Dr. Fitzpatrick holds a Diploma in Nursing, a Master of Education
degree with a focus in Counseling Psychology, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Health
Psychology. She has particular areas of proficiency in health psychology, medical-surgical
nursing, adult development, and ancient ways of healing.
Her areas of substantive knowledge include: American Indian ways of healing; herbal
medicine, particularly Chinese herbs and Fangji; Traditional Chinese Medicine theories,
therapies and modalities; counseling psychology, alcoholic family systems, anxiety
disorders; group therapy, women’s issues, and multiculturalism and diversity. Dr.
Fitzpatrick drives the company with vision and relentless dedication to do good
and make a difference.
Vice President of Software Architecture-- Mark Fitzpatrick
Mark Fitzpatrick is the architect of
the Inner Reach® Health Information Gathering System (HiGS) and the
developer of the Inner Reach® Corporation web sites. As VP of Software
Architecture, he has devoted 7 years to the creation of HiGS and its e-health technology.
Mr. Fitzpatrick has carefully designed secure data bases, weaving more then 10,000
history and assessment questions plus more than fifteen-hundred signs and symptoms
in 9 body systems areas into the Inner Reach® HiGS. Inner Reach®
is a web-based preventive care technology business designed to place individuals
in the center of their own healthcare process by electronically collecting the first
and most important step to self-care and healthcare– health histories.
Other experience: Mr. Fitzpatrick has been developing web sites and applications
for 12 years. As the chief software architect for Merchant Capital Business International
(MCBI) he was the developer of the MCBI web site and architect and software developer
of its system and content. He was the architect and chief developer of Unity (a
core product of Integrated Biz Tools) a system for matching business sellers and
buyers together. He was the architect of an e-learning management solution for Smarter
Online, an e-learning management system for the securities industry. Additionally,
he designed a prototype to help match people with appropriate medical tests for
Test Universe. Mr. Fitzpatrick has designed data bases for many companies using
Microsoft SQL Server. His expertise in various software products, technologies,
and languages include: Visual C#, Visual Web Developer, Expression Web, and Adobe
Dreamweaver; SQL, ASP.Net, and .Net Framework; C#, HTML, XML, and JavaScript. He
has also used FORTRAN, COBOL, C, Pascal, and Visual Basic. He has designed and developed
e-commerce systems.
President, Chief Financial Officer-- Jack Wilson
Jack Wilson served as the treasurer of an Oklahoma real estate development and investment
company for 20 years, managing numerous multi-million dollar land development and
property deals, sales to the private sector, and the government. He provided cash
management and investing in all types of financial securities, directed the accounting
staff, enhanced the business structure by streamlining accounting functions, managed
facilities, and interfaced with the staff of in-house attorneys reviewing contracts
and other general business.
While employed by the Internal Revenue Service for 7 years, Jack Wilson audited
individuals and corporations, including several medical based facilities. In private
practice, he enabled businesses to cut costs by streamlining various financial components.
A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Wilson has broad and deep knowledge of accounting,
taxes, general business practices, assets, liabilities, contract law, and investments.
At Inner Reach, Mr. Wilson brings his diligence to merge product integrity, service
of excellence, and the insuring of high revenues through lower than standard overhead
and operational costs, maximizing profits.
Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Corporate Development--Michael
Fitzpatrick
Considered a visionary bringing Fibre Channel technology to the marketplace, Mike
Fitzpatrick is an electrical engineer and computer marketing professional with more than
35 years experience in systems, strategic engineering, storage architecture, product
development, and marketing. With a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering,
Mr. Fitzpatrick has served on boards and committees that set the standards for technologies
world-wide such as ANSI, SCSI, RAID Advisory Board, ARRAY, Optical, Trusted Computing
Group, T10 SCSI, and T11 Fibre Channel.
In 1995, he created and founded the Fibre Channel group, in which he strategically
focused and switched the worldwide market away from a competing technology [IBMs
Serial Storage Architecture (SSA)] to Fibre Channel. One of Mike Fitzpatrick’s
most meaningful contributions to the industry was marketing Fibre Channel to the
world making it into its current 7 Billion dollar market size. He served for four
years as the chairman of the board of the Fibre Channel Community (FCC) and the
fifth year as chairman of the Fibre Channel Industry Association (FCIA). Mr. Fitzpatrick
built the Fibre Channel group up to 150 member companies, including Fujitsu, IBM,
Seagate, Hewlett Packard, Brocade, Compaq, QLogic, Emulex, Sun Microsystems, Unisys,
and Intel. Currently a computer related technology industry leader, early in his
career he was a medical laboratory technician and spent eight years developing computerized
medical instrumentation and hospital information systems.
Director -- Benjamin R. H. Davis, Ph.D.
Dr. Davis is a distance learning
specialist with over 30 years in the field. As a scholar and practitioner in the
use of the Internet and other distance learning technologies, he has offered courses,
seminars, and taught individual learners on the doctoral level through technology-based
educational processes. Dr. Ben Davis’ areas of substantive knowledge include
administration and organizational development, higher education, adult learning,
integral health and computer science and technology. He consulted at the American
College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the National Caucuses for Schools and
Colleges of Acupuncture and Traditional Oriental Medicine. His continuing interest
in developing a wide variety of Internet-based learning opportunities include his
experience with The Union Institute, the Computer Institute, North Central University,
the College for the 21st Century, and e-health delivery of the Inner Reach HiGS.
