Thomas Harder is an executive sales and marketing analyst with 35 years of broad and deep experience in sales and management of healthcare related sales, particularly medical imaging sales, including X-ray, CT, MRI, PACS, and Teleradiology. Mr. Harder has keen insights into both health and medical products and the placement of products, particularly those new to the marketplace, in medical hardware technology, and government related areas, including ones in health and American Indian affairs.

As Managing Director of ALKO Medical Imaging (the first American Indian owned medical imaging company) a healthcare imaging division of ALKO Enterprises, he has placed equipment into several major private, state, and federal medical facilities in Oklahoma, Wisconsin and California. A registered A.R.R.T., in both X-ray technology and Nuclear Medicine Technology and licensed vocational instructor, his background includes founding and serving as director of the Northern Indiana School of Radiologic Technology, (NISRT) with campuses in two mid-western cities.

Mr. Harder served as an affiliation facilitator of NISRT to Indiana University and associate professor of Sauk Valley College School of Radiologic Technology. A member of the Curriculum Committee of the American Association of Community and Junior Colleges, he has been a radiology services administrator for a large Illinois hospital and held various management level positions in the private sector, including health related x-ray and laboratory type companies.
